My name is Jan Christer Nordin and I am a certified addiction/ lifestyle and mental health counselor, trained for 3 years at Fria Universitetet Norden, Recovery Dynamics for 2 years and certified in Addiction Psychology. I work with addiction issues, to give people knowledge about themselves when it comes to abuse and addiction issues. Everything reflected from a psychological, physical and social level. For me, it is important to focus on the problem, not the symptoms. The solution of a problem is always in proportion to the understanding of the problem! I have been working active as a counselor for almost 2 decades, both in Sweden and Norway at treatment centres and outpatient care when it comes to addiction and abuse. Families included. It´s about coming too late as early as possible. Knowledge and co-operation is the key to results when it comes to creating sustainable and healthy workplaces.
